Hadi brings a distinct combination of experience and expertise in business leadership, investing, and innovation to driving HCG’s value creation and growth strategy. He has been an investor in alternatives for most of his career, with a keen eye to both reward and risk.
Prior to founding HCG, he was a portfolio manager at Bluecrest Capital Management and Millennium Partners, and a principal at JPMorgan Partners (n/k/a CCMP Capital), the private equity affiliate of JPMorgan. He also served as a Vice President in JPMorgan’s Mergers & Acquisitions group. He started his career in the telecom services sector with GTE (n/k/a Verizon) as a Member of the Technical Staff.
Hadi has an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University. Hadi holds U.S. patent #5519760 entitled “Cellular Network-Based Location System”.
